Terms of Service

By using NaijaWell Daily ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. It's that simple.

NaijaWell is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The information we provide — calorie estimates, workout suggestions, AI insights — is for general guidance only. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, nutritionist, or fitness professional.

If you have a medical condition (diabetes, hypertension, eating disorder, pregnancy, etc.), consult your doctor before making major changes to your diet or exercise routine. Stop using the App and seek medical help if you experience anything concerning.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure. Don't share your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.

Don't:

• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• • Use it for any illegal purpose
• • Scrape or bulk-extract our data
• • Impersonate someone else or create fake accounts
• • Resell or redistribute the App without written permission

The free plan is free forever. Premium is ₦2,500/month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime from your Profile; you keep access until the end of the current billing month.

Refunds are handled case-by-case within 7 days of purchase. After that, no refunds for partial months.

The App, our content, branding, and code are owned by NaijaWell or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the App — that's it.

Your logged data (meals, weights, etc.) is yours. We claim no ownership over it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NaijaWell isn't liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You can stop using the App and delete your data anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Lagos, Nigeria.
